New top-up and withdrawal methods for users from Russia

Dear users!

We are pleased to announce the expansion of the platform’s financial capabilities. For users from the Russian Federation, two new deposit and withdrawal functions have become available:

1. Top-up of the advertising balance in rubles via the Fast Payment System (SBP).
2. Withdrawal of funds to RUB-denominated VISA and MasterCard bank cards issued in the Russian Federation.

Withdrawals to bank cards

Please note the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are made exclusively to RUB-denominated cards issued by Russian banks.
• Withdrawals are processed manually; therefore, processing time may take from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please refrain from contacting support regarding the withdrawal status during this period.
• Card withdrawals are available to users with the “Worker” status and above.
• The minimum withdrawal amount, commission fee, and the final amount credited in rubles are displayed on the withdrawal creation page.
• Bank card details for receiving withdrawals must be added in advance on the User Profile page in the “Payment details” section.

Please also note that withdrawals to bank cards are an experimental feature and may be temporarily unavailable in certain cases. We ask for your understanding. We continue working to improve the stability and availability of all payment processes.
